Like so many, I used to be extremely focused on trying to be "healthy,” but never truly understood what that meant. I worked out constantly and (obsessively) ate the types of food I thought were "healthy + clean" but I would end up feeling worse. As my physical symptoms intensified, the symptoms of anxiety increased as well. I felt at a loss, powerless, unbalanced and uncomfortable in my body. I turned to medication which left me feeling numb and further disconnected from my body.
Once I expanded my knowledge and dove into the complexities of anxiety and its correlation to diet, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, hormones and lifestyle, this is when I started to see a transformation not only in my physical health but my mental health as well.
Your body isn't something that needs to be “fixed” but rather, it's more about listening, responding, addressing (the root causes) and supporting it during the ebb and flows of life.
In this program I will guide you to reclaim your wholeness. Over the course of our 3 months together you’ll learn how to create sustainable steps to balance hormones, improve your digestion, live in harmony with your cycle and connect with yourself.

How to regulate the nervous system, stress management, breathing practices and why rest is so essential for overall health.
We will address potential root causes such as gut, hormone or nutrient imbalances.
The Gut-Brain Connection and the importance of the vagus nerve
Sleep hygiene and morning + evening routines.
Movement and how to optimize it when it comes to supporting hormonal health
How to support your liver and how to reduce endocrine disruptors and toxic overload that may be causing an imbalance.
